Introduction

The parish of Kimberley and Carleton Forehoe is split into two hamlets located approximately 2 miles apart.  A copy of the Parish Boundary map is available here.

With a total population of just 156 people, and 65 households, the entire parish occupies 933 hectares, an unusually large area for such a small population.

The parish is part of the Wicklewood ward of South Norfolk Council, and the Hingham county division.  The District Councillor is Mr Richard Elliott and the County Councillor is Mrs Margaret Dewsbury.

Kimberley and Carleton Forehoe are part of the Barnham Broom and Upper Yare group of churches.

The Kimberley and Carleton Forehoe Parish Council consists of 5 elected representatives who look after the general running of the parish.  They meet four times per year to discuss issues and address any concerns parishioners may raise.

This website aims to provide a snapshot of life in Kimberley and Carleton Forehoe, as well as keeping the public up to date on the activities of the Parish Council.  Click on the links to the left to find out more about each of the villages.
